      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the customer lifecycle for assigned customers
      - Track key metrics such as Customer Health, Retention, and Expansion
      - Build trust and become a trusted partner to customers, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals
      - Share learnings and insights with the wider Customer Success team
      - Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams such as product, sales, and leadership
      - Maintain accurate records in Customer Success software
      - Engage with customers to assess priorities, promote the Roomvo Platform, and address any issues or requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
      - Experience managing a book of business
      - Ability to quickly understand and prioritize complex processes and tasks
      - Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives
      - Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Salesforce
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in SaaS is a plus
      - Fluency in a second language is a bonus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the interior décor industry or related field
