- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries about our products primarily via email.
- Educate customers about how our products can be used within the context of their research objectives in a clear and concise manner.
- Be the primary contact for customers for all inquiries, ranging from pre-sales ordering and educational to post-sales technical and logistical support.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by creating memorable and personalized experiences and anticipating their needs.
- Analyze and document customer inquiries to streamline responses to frequently asked questions.
- Analyze and document customer problems to streamline solutions to common issues.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues in an efficient and productive manner.
- Provide solution-oriented technology & application support tailored to users' specific needs.
- Contribute to the overall growth and mission of the company and its products.

Job Duties:

Preferred Educational and Experimental Background:
BS or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer experience/support role and/or 2+ years of wet lab experience is a plus. Experience in fluorescence microscopy, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, blotting techniques, quantitative analysis of experimental data, and programming/scripting is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A successful applicant must be dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, efficient and capable of working closely and communicating with others in multiple teams. Attention to detail in constructing grammatically correct emails is essential. The following wet lab skills are preferred but not required: general molecular biology, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry. Previous wet lab experience, general technical dexterity, dedication, organization, and scientific curiosity are strongly valued.
