What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key accounts to develop strategies for successful product adoption and long-term business impact
- Facilitate ongoing executive meetings to drive progress towards business metrics and outcomes
- Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and candidate experience scores
- Build relationships with key account contacts and collaborate with internal teams
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities within your account portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in a customer success or account management role
- Experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments
- Proven track record of consulting with enterprise-level or Fortune 500 companies
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project/change management and organizational development
- Strong working knowledge of the human resources/talent acquisition function
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse teams
- Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to innovate
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
