      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the mid-market segment
      - Capture customer objectives and measure success using data-driven feedback loops
      - Onboard new customers through the implementation process for a smooth transition
      - Identify and address friction points in the onboarding and adoption experience
      - Collaborate with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer and ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of developer collaboration within an enterprise environment
      - Extensive experience in modern web development and infrastructure
      - Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in tech consulting or customer management
      - Familiarity with contributing to backstage.io
