      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets within assigned accounts
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations
      - Create and implement account plans that outline sales goals, strategies, and tactics
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes for clients and assist in product launches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
      - Experience in the SAAS industry preferred; familiarity with the tax and accounting industry is a plus
      - Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
      - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
