      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a portfolio of employee and union clients, ensuring successful onboarding and engagement with Color’s cancer program
      - Develop customized service and strategy plans to meet client goals and expectations
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
      - Monitor client engagement and performance metrics to ensure desired program outcomes
      - Act as a client advocate, addressing concerns and coordinating solutions with internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience as a client success/customer success manager, preferably in a benefits tech company
      - Proven success in a high-growth or startup environment, with experience in managing multiple clients
      - Experience serving mid-market clients, including HR/Total Rewards leaders and benefits consultants
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

      - Experience identifying growth opportunities and securing upsells within a client portfolio
      - Demonstrated ability to present information to various levels of internal and external audiences
      - Proven ability to drive proactive, strategic approaches and programs
