      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Customer Success function by providing accurate and timely data related to product usage and customer commercial data
      - Produce and analyze reports on usage data, Gainsight activity, playbook effectiveness, and customer renewals
      - Identify customer pain points and develop playbooks to improve customer satisfaction and net recurring revenue
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns based on data insights
      - Resolve queries from Customer Success Managers regarding account assignments and renewal targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Service/Support functions
      - Strong understanding of Customer Journey and Customer Success/Renewal processes
      - Ability to analyze and interpret data from various systems (TMS, Salesforce, Gainsight, SAP)
      - Proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
      - Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) and MS Office 365, especially Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data engineering tools such as Alteryx
      - Strong presentation and project management skills
      - Excellent stakeholder management abilities
      - Collaborative and solution-oriented problem solver
      - Good verbal and written communication skills
