      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Customer Success function by providing accurate and timely data related to product usage and customer needs
      - Produce various reports including usage data, activity reporting, and customer renewal tracking
      - Identify customer pain points and develop playbooks to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective campaigns and monitor their success
      - Assist Customer Success Managers with queries related to account assignments and targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Service/Support functions
      - Strong understanding of the Customer Journey and Customer Success/Renewal processes
      - Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) and MS Office 365, particularly Excel
      - Ability to analyze data from multiple systems (TMS, Salesforce, Gainsight, SAP)
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data engineering tools such as Alteryx
      - Good presentation and project management skills
      - Proven stakeholder management abilities
      - Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
      - Curiosity and initiative to learn more about customer needs
