What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance and resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role
- Familiarity with the sports gaming industry or a strong desire to learn
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and exhibit patience when handling challenging cases

- Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
- Previous experience in training other Customer Support Representatives
- Strong analytical skills to assess user feedback and product issues
