- Create and maintain organized systems for managing client details

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passionate about supporting and scaling customer success
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Powerpoint/Keynote
- Detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative
