      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage customer email inquiries using helpdesk software, ensuring timely responses
      - Collaborate with various teams to resolve reader and candidate issues effectively
      - Conduct and analyze regular reader surveys to assess customer satisfaction
      - Support candidates with their Candidate Connection surveys and provide detailed reports on metrics
      - Assist in departmental projects, including copy editing and weekend/election monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated passion for the employer's mission
      - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
      - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Strong research and analytical skills to address customer inquiries
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with email-based customer service platforms, such as HappyFox
      - Experience using Google Suite, Slack, and Asana
      - A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
