      Job Description:

      - Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
      - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
      - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer success strategies.
      - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are met and to proactively address any issues.
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and drive customer success.
