What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
- Train and assist customers in adapting to new software and updates
- Track and communicate issues or bugs that customers experience
- Help brainstorm and create efficient processes for the customer support team
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for serving customers with best-in-class interactions
- Comfortable with technology and software services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage oneself in a fully remote work environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn
