What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve a high volume of automotive title issues while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all title transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of title problems
- Assist customers with inquiries related to title transfers and vehicle registration
- Stay updated on state regulations and requirements related to automotive titles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive title clerk or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent educational requirement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of DMV processes and regulations
- Experience working with title management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
