      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage existing customer accounts for personal insurance policies through phone, email, text, and chat
      - Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
      - Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
      - Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively in the first interaction
      - Collaborate with team members to maintain a fun and engaging work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Previous call center experience
      - Empathetic approach towards customer needs
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
      - Availability for working hours from 9:30 AM to 6 PM MST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
