      Job Title: Nordic Customer Support Manager

      Location: Nordic Countries

      Reports To: Technology Solutions Business Unit Director

      About the Role

      We are looking for an enthusiastic Nordic Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support teams in the Nordic region. You will ensure our Tier 1 and Tier 2 support efforts are top-notch, contributing to high customer satisfaction and effective sales support.

      The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership behaviors, including ethics, integrity, and a results-driven mindset. You should focus on customer needs and possess the ability to make rapid, disciplined decisions while fostering collaboration and building talent within the team. Essential competencies include business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, all of which will support your success in this role.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Oversee and inspire the Nordic support team, focusing on performance management and professional development.

      • Collaborate with business leaders to create strategic plans for customer support that align with our overall objectives .

      • Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources to inform decision-making.

      • Assist with product launches and coordinate support efforts across multiple departments.

      • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance teamwork and promote our services.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or management roles.

      • Strong understanding of the Livestock Animal Health and Technology sectors.

      • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

      • Familiarity with Business-to-Consumer techniques and various Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

      Work Environment

      • This position is office-based with about 20% travel within the Nordics and around 10 days per year outside the region.

      • You will manage a team of approximately 12 members.
