      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers

      - Support West Coast clients during designated hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
      - Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and live chat
      - Strong attention to detail with research and investigative skills
      - Ability to multitask effectively
      - Experience with Mac operating systems and basic software applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) environments
      - Familiarity with internet services and browser functions
