What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Answer questions and resolve issues based on calls/messages from members, providers, and vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass background checks
