Position Overview:
- Provide the highest level of support in customer interactions
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding DMS products and services
- Handle post-sales service functions in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager and sales team
- Support customers with website navigation and technical issues
- Log all calls and support requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
- Minimum of an Associate's degree
- Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
- Excellent customer communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Strong PC skills, including standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $21.50 per hour + uncapped performance-based commission
