- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments
- Build and schedule loads in our systems
- Provide top-tier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner
- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations
- Be the subject matter expert on appointment setting
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or some college experience
- 1+ years of experience in a support or customer service role
- Working knowledge of Google Suites/Excel
- Experience in the logistics or Freight industry
- High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
- Bilingual
- Willingness to work early mornings and occasional holidays, in an operational environment
