      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide user support via email, chat, and phone, addressing issues and communicating product information
      - Assist with customer support during and after onboarding, including training and issue investigation
      - Configure customer programs from the ground up on the StaffGarden platform
      - Collaborate with implementation teams to develop customer resources such as PDFs, PowerPoints, and videos
      - Conduct pre-demo preparations for the sales team and perform quality checks on built programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience required
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Proficiency with Office 360 and Google Products, with the ability to learn new products
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
      - Ability to document issues and resolutions appropriately, escalating when necessary
