What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and/or phone
- Analyze recurring customer issues and document accordingly
- Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
- Communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a metrics-driven environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Comfortable using a computer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support services
- Previous experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM software
