      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
      - Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
      - Identify customer support needs and assist or forward requests to the appropriate area
      - Handle escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction
      - Provide top-notch customer service and technical support assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - At least one year of customer service experience
      - High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/5 mbps upload)
      - Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen
      - Comfortable using a computer for operational tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests with empathy and understanding
      - Familiarity with credit-related services and products
