      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer user questions over chat, email, and phone
      - Handle user account requests, including application processing, card disputes, and missing payments
      - Teach customers how to use the product and translate user confusion into product suggestions
      - Identify systemic flaws that lead to user problems and work with engineering to resolve them
      - Create and sustain warm relationships with users while building out customer support infrastructure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience or Customer Support role
      - Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
      - Ability to consistently exercise empathy and exude competence
      - Strong communication skills to translate complex terminology into clear user communication
      - Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clean and ordered inbox
