What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide post-sales support and solutions to Flex customers, addressing technical questions and issues
- Perform technical diagnostics and maintenance for Flex software products in various operating environments
- Conduct testing of modified programs to ensure proper functionality and system integrity
- Collaborate on project teams for new or enhanced products to ensure their supportability
- Maintain and improve long-term partnerships with customers through effective communication and problem resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service/support experience
- Ability to obtain required background clearance from government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Flex proprietary software or similar technical support roles
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with security policies related to public safety agencies
