      The Customer Care Representative provides outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our positioning solutions. The ideal candidate is service minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-working, fast paced environment.

      Primary Duties

      • Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone.

      • Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge

      • Call customers to renew their subscriptions, up-sell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback

      • Input sales orders, payments, and help customer activate their service

      • Update client accounts to maintain data integrity

      • Troubleshoot technical customer issues with service activation and operation

      Characteristics / Skills

      • Fluent in Portuguese and English required; Fluent in Spanish preferred

      • Excellent communication skills

      • A warm, approachable, outgoing manner

      • Able to uncover customer needs and pair them with appropriate solutions

      • Skilled in outbound customer calls to solicit subscription renewals

      • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet tools and internet browsers

      • Technical expertise preferred

      Education / Experience

      • Experience in a customer service position preferred

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred

      Local Requirements

      • Some overtime/weekend work required during peak season (March-June; September-December).
