What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as liaison between the employer's customers and manufacturing plants
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers regarding product and machine issues
- Document customer issues and resolutions, ensuring efficient communication with sales
- Install, set up, and provide training on packaging equipment
- Conduct general preventative maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in packaging, engineering, or comparable work experience in flexible packaging production or maintenance
- 5-10 years of experience in flexible packaging production/maintenance or packaging machine production/maintenance
- Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging process, from film production to shipping of finished products
- Proficient in computer skills, including report writing and Microsoft Office
- Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot packaging machine and flexible film interaction issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry and/or meat/cheese/pet food packaging
- Previous experience in a manufacturing organization
- Knowledge of the printing and converting industry and related equipment
- Ability to recommend product options in support of sales initiatives
