      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and document customer technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email
      - Troubleshoot issues related to the use of the insulin pump, software, and integrated mobile apps
      - Provide empathetic and supportive customer service to ensure the highest resolution of inquiries
      - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and document every interaction in the CRM system
      - Identify potential health and safety issues and follow appropriate internal procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a biology or health-related field encouraged
      - Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred
      - Knowledge of HIPAA and experience in a HIPAA environment highly preferred
      - Ability to type at least 55 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
      - Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous IT helpdesk experience or experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
      - Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
      - Knowledge of web-based software and ability to troubleshoot browser and network-specific issues
      - Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
