What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, chat messages, and emails
- Troubleshoot issues related to insulin pumps, software, and mobile apps
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Propose improvements to customer processes and materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual-English/Spanish or English/French desired
- Ability to read and follow flow diagrams and work with decision trees
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of web-based software and troubleshooting
- High School diploma required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year previous experience in Customer Service
- Experience working in a HIPAA environment
- Previous IT helpdesk experience
- Familiarity with driver installation, computer security, and server configuration
