Our client, "US & JP based multi-stage VC firm is looking to hire a Director-level Investor for its CVC (Corporate Venture Capital)".Role Overview: The Director of CVC Investor will lead the full spectrum of CVC investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, deal closing, and portfolio support. You'll contribute to the growth and strategy of the CVC practice, represent the firm in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and collaborate on CVC business development and fundraising initiatives.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end management of deal sourcing, due diligence, closing, and portfolio support.Strategy development and daily operations for CVC and LP-relations initiatives.Participation in corporate innovation and business development activities.Collaboration on CVC business strategy, including fundraising and investment thesis development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred), MBA strongly preferred.6-8 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in investment banking or strategy consulting.1-2 years of experience in tech or F500 companies, or projects involving Japanese corporations.Strong analytical, financial modeling, presentation, and communication skills.Fluency in Japanese and English required.Experience in mobility, manufacturing, media, or SaaS sectors is a plus.A strong network within the startup ecosystem is valued.Team player with humility, creativity, and emotional intelligence.This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about venture capital, innovation, and impact across U.S. and Asian markets.Salary range : $200-225K plus bonus , competitive benefits package To apply please email resume to ...@pasona.com
