- Under limited supervision of the Lead Clinical Specialist, provides assistance in the operation of Clinical Services programs. Organizes clinical team meetings and documenting information discussed. Provides support to the clinical team through coordinating meetings/conference calls with RCS. Collects and documents in CAPSS medications prescribed to children in care. Assists in data for psychotropic medications. Assists with training on Health Care oversight and psychotropic medications. Follows-up on requested information/duties by Regional Clinical Specialists, Consulting Psychiatrist, and Lead Clinical Specialist. Assists with other administrative support functions to include correspondences, copies, faxes and emails.
- Compiles and maintains information on clients considered as having a "Red Flag" in regards to their prescribed medications. Coordinates, schedules and organizes meetings and information in preparation for those meetings. Provides support to the agency psychiatrist ahead of and in the course of those meetings for each region. Maintains spreadsheet of completed and needed staffings and enters updated relevant information in CAPSS.
- Coordinates a variety of functions and/or program components (i.e. trainings, meetings, conference calls, travel and accommodations).
- Participates in a variety of meetings and/or trainings for the purpose of providing or receiving information, recording minutes, and supporting the needs of the clinical team.
- Prepares a variety of documents (i.e. agenda, minutes, reports, provider contact information, bills) for the purpose of tracking and documenting shared information.
- Reviews and requests accurate completion of psychotropic consent form by residential treatment facilities and timely processing by clinical team.
- Perform Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.

A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
