What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Test IVR, Genesys Admin, NICE, Telephony applications
- Utilize CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, and CYARA Cruncher for IVR testing
- Prepare functional test cases and test data
- Use Splunk queries for log validations
- Conduct call routing and skill-based testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in all phases of the Software Development life cycle in an Agile Environment
- Background in contact center operations
- Flexibility in learning new technology
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in testing Conversational AI applications, particularly Voice BOTs
- Knowledge of LUIS testing
- Familiarity with Q&A Maker
- Hands-on experience with Text-to-speech augmentation and SSML tags
- Strong coding knowledge in Python
