The Identity Security Services Product Owner is responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gallagher's identity security services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that protect user identities and ensure secure access to systems and data. The Product Owner will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product features align with business objectives and customer needs

1. Product Vision and Strategy:
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for identity security services that aligns with Gallagher's cybersecurity goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business needs, and industry trends.
2. Roadmap Development and Management:
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product roadmap and organizational objectives.
• Adjust the roadmap as necessary to respond to changing business priorities and market conditions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product objectives, and ensure expectations are met.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product development and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
4. Agile Product Development:
• Work closely with the development team to ensure agile product development processes are followed.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in product development.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Ensure that all product features meet quality standards and comply with cybersecurity policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular product reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in product management processes.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor product performance and usage metrics to assess the effectiveness of identity security services.
• Prepare and present detailed product reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
