- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for identity security services that aligns with Gallagher's cybersecurity goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business needs, and industry trends.
- Roadmap Development and Management:
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product roadmap and organizational objectives.
- Adjust the roadmap as necessary to respond to changing business priorities and market conditions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product objectives, and ensure expectations are met.
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product development and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Agile Product Development:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure agile product development processes are followed.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in product development.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all product features meet quality standards and comply with cybersecurity policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular product reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in product management processes.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to assess the effectiveness of identity security services.
- Prepare and present detailed product reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of identity security technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
