Involvement in Security incidents and ensure outcomes align with business priorities and policy
Provide BAU Security Operations support to business processes to ensure access and change is aligned with FCA guidelines and processes
Supporting the security BAU operations, IGA, PKI & PAM
Access to a wide range of innovative cyber security tools and applications
Exposure to multiple cloud providers and security suites
Development opportunities across a multi-technology Cyber team
Cyber Operations and Incident Response - Comprehensive management and execution of our proactive and reactive measures designed to detect, respond to, and mitigate the impact of cyber threats and incidents on our organisational assets and operations
Identity & Access Management Business Support - Strategic implementation and ongoing maintenance of systems and processes that control user access to critical resources, ensuring secure authentication, authorisation, and compliance with regulatory requirements across the business
Incident Investigations and Remediation - Examination of security incidents to uncover their root causes, followed by the development and application of effective strategies to eliminate vulnerabilities and prevent future occurrences

Security Incident Management Experience – Coordinating incidents from start to finish
Familiar with NIST Cybersecurity Framework - Proficiency in all stages of the incident lifecycle, including preparation, detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities
Network and Systems Security- Familiarity with network protocols, systems, data, cloud, and endpoint security
Familiar with Security Incident Response and Handling
Stakeholder Management: Capability to work with different teams and manage expectations during and after an incident

Cyber Security – Analyst
Salary: National ranging from £51,200 to £78,700 and London from £56,400 - £86,600
The team/department
The Senior Associate Analyst sits within the Cyber Security Group focused on operating enterprise security services for the organisation. The Cyber Security Analyst will have expertise within a given domain and will be the subject matter expert (SME) / point of contact for that work.
