What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, enhance, and execute security operations processes
- Implement, configure, and operate security network, system, and data controls
- Analyze and interpret security and compliance issues
- Monitor and correlate security event information to detect and mitigate threats
- Communicate security-related concepts to both technical and non-technical teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Cyber Security development
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing technical controls for PCI and ITGC compliance
- Strong analytical skills for assessing security event information and risks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise anti-virus and EDR systems software
- Familiarity with security monitoring systems and incident response
- Background in developing security policies and procedures
- Previous mentorship experience with junior team members
