      • Manage and optimize cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, IAM, and encryption solutions.
      • Collaborate with IT and development teams to embed security practices into CI/CD pipelines and application workflows (DevSecOps).
      • Guide security awareness and training initiatives across the organization.
      • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and audit readiness efforts.
      • Stay informed on current and emerging cyber threats, tools, and countermeasures.

      Qualifications & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
      • 7+ years of experience in a cybersecurity engineering or similar role.
      • Strong understanding of network protocols, security architecture, and secure system configurations.
      • Proficiency with tools such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, or QRadar).
      • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
      • Experience scripting or automating security operations using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
