What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute activities to support GRC workstreams and related projects for internal and external security assessments
- Conduct risk analyses and document remediation requirements
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to review and provide security requirements for contracts
- Partner with security engineers to recommend IT and information security products and processes
- Assist in the development and delivery of information technology and security awareness training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience related to position responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years of information security work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security management standards such as NIST, HIPAA, and SOC2
- Experience with cloud-based IT security concepts and risk assessment tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GRC experience in the healthcare industry
- CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certification (or progress towards certification)
- Familiarity with Identity and Credential Access Management platforms
- Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
