What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate on the design and development of identity automation for a global enterprise
- Produce draft solution designs and refine them in collaboration with stakeholders
- Assist in implementing identity governance and administration solutions
- Create automated tooling for testing identity systems and reporting
- Provide engineering and technical guidance for security tools supporting the IAM program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- DevSecOps experience and understanding of its principles
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python)
- Hands-on experience with privileged access management tools (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint)
- Intermediate level skills in AWS Identity (IAM, IDC) and knowledge of Azure/Entra ID
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a security role within financial services or technology
- Expertise in identity-related technologies and protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Certifications such as CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure SC-300
