Job Description
- Req#: R0004103
- Provide assistance in sourcing and identifying malicious threats to provide an early detection before customer impact
- Contribute in cybersecurity training course development and research
- Monitor items using Site 24x7 and Zabbix and flag items worth troubleshooting to ensure Trend Micro products and services are stable and available 24x7
- Focus on regional site services automation
- Support users on first line concerns which includes network and security but more on general understanding and support for IT
