      • The Cyber Security Product Sales/Account Manager on the Security Customer Outcomes team is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of global accounts by renewing, upselling, and cross-selling.
      • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, with experience in the technology industry.
      • The candidate is expected to be proficient across Cloud's Security product SaaS offerings and effectively represent Cloud's products and services by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence clients and grow revenue.

      Responsibilities:
      • Develop and execute account plans to achieve renewal and growth/expansion goals.
      • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
      • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts for upsell.
      • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
      • Negotiate and close deals and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
      • Stay up to date on Client’s Cloud Security & Mandiant products and services.

      Mandatory:
      • 3-5 years in cyber security product sales.
      • Sales experience with external customers and SaaS products.
      • Renewals experience.
      • Familiarity with forecasting revenue and using Salesforce to manage customer information and contracts.
      • Understanding of cyber security landscape and competitors is a plus.

      Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
