      LHH Technology is seeking a Cybersecurity Administrator to safeguard our organization's cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. In this vital role, you will be tasked with implementing robust security solutions, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to cyber threats.       Key Responsibilities:

      1. Risk Assessment & Threat Modeling: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, threat modeling, testing, and analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
      2. Cybersecurity Policy Development: Develop, maintain, and disseminate policies, procedures, and related cybersecurity documentation.
      3. Security Incident Management: Address security incidents promptly, leading analysis and remediation efforts.
      4. Training & Awareness: Oversee and coordinate enterprise-wide cybersecurity training programs to ensure compliance and awareness.
      5. System Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor and analyze cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems to detect and respond to security intrusions.
      6. Vulnerability Management: Administer and sustain the enterprise vulnerability management program.
      7. Product Administration: Manage and maintain enterprise-level cybersecurity products and solutions.
      8. Patching & Updates: Install, test, and monitor patches for servers, workstations, mobile devices, and network equipment.
      9. Cybersecurity Audits: Conduct cybersecurity inspections and audits to evaluate security posture and improve practices.
      10. User Support: Assist users in understanding and utilizing security products and procedures.
      11. Cyber Threat Intelligence: Document and report on cyber threat intelligence from law enforcement and industry sources.

      Qualifications:

      1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      2. Certifications: Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required; certifications like (ISC)2, GIAC, or ISACA are preferred.
      3. Experience:
      4. Minimum 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role involving system and network monitoring.
      5. Minimum 5 years of experience in administering and troubleshooting enterprise datacenter systems and cloud environments.
      6. Skills & Abilities:
      7. Proficient in cybersecurity principles, compliance, and auditing.
      8. Ability to identify complex problems and apply logical solutions.
      9. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
      10. Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

      Work Schedule and Modality:

      • Hybrid Role: 3 days on-site in San Rafael, CA and 2 days remote.

      Salary Range and Benefits:

      • Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
