Drives the development and/or compliance of enterprise and business group information security and privacy policies to protect Intel's information assets, intellectual property, and privacy data.
Documents security procedures and reports on continual improvement efforts.
Develops communications, awareness, technical security documents and change management processes for business units to ensure security controls are adopted.
Translates complex security and privacy requirements for internal audiences to drive a culture of secure and productive computing at Intel
Ensures adequate security processes and solutions are in place to mitigate or remediate identified risks sufficiently to meet business objectives, contractual, and/or regulatory requirements.
Participates in internal security privacy assessments and compliance reviews, conducts risk analysis of business processes and technology solutions to evaluate whether they comply with internal security, privacy policies and standards as well as regulatory/industry requirements and best practices.
Supports the assessment of all security and privacy risks across the enterprise including but not limited to regulatory compliance, governance risk and controls, system compliance, and security management.
4+ years of experience in Information Security, Privacy, Information Technology or Risk Management
4+ years of experience in industry standard information and security frameworks / Privacy Frameworks such as ISO27001, ISO27005, NIST CSF, NIST 800-39, FIPPs, OECD Privacy Guidelines, GAPP Maturity Model, ISO 27701, NIST Privacy Framework, GDPR, HIPPA, CPRA.
4+ years of experience in compliance risks associated with in an IT Technology and manufacturing environment with experience working in and/or building effective Privacy program.
4+ years Leading Cybersecurity Awareness, Training, and Transition Change Mangement initiatives
Professional certifications such as PMP, CISA, CISM, CIPP, CISSP, CRISC or GSEC
Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance platforms.
Experience in Technical writing, executive presentations, development of training and awareness.
Experience in various Information Security functions: Network security architecture, Secure Code Development and Lifecycle, Privacy Engineering, Security Engineering,

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$105,797.00-$175,105.00S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.About the company
