  Position Overview:

  Focus on security controls, managing risk, threats, and rapid delivery of least-privilege access to users. Provide operational support for supported technologies and ability to analyze business needs and data. Monitors the systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity while escalating issues and problems as needed. Assists in analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration as well as testing and training of the product.

  EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's: Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology/Security, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent education/experience

  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

  • Able to follow instructions, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

  • Ability to analyze challenges the business is facing to provide solutions or escalation.

  • Ability to follow documentation for provisioning and or reporting activities.

  • An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.

  • Strong decision-making capabilities.

  • Good interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the ability to effectively influence others.

  • A team-focused mentality with the demonstrable ability to work effectively with diverse team members.

  • Ability to communicate to diverse audiences up to company executives, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner.

  • Able to work with a changing schedule that includes standard or non-standard business hours of work.

  Pay Range is $48.72 to $73.08 / hour

  The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
