Job Summary
ClearBridge Investments is seeking a Cybersecurity & Technology Governance Analyst to join our New York City based Technology and Operations Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in joining a growing Asset Management firm. This role will be focused on supporting Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Due Diligence and Audit areas. The ideal candidate should possess strong technology skills, project management capability, excellent written/oral communication skills and the ability to handle the responsibilities outlined below:

Key Cybersecurity & Technology Governance Analyst Responsibilities

• Support key governance programs related to Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Change Management and Vendor Management
• Work with the Controls Manager and CISO to continuously enhance the Cybersecurity program in response to ever-changing threat landscape
• Coordinate and verify cybersecurity control processes
• Manage system entitlement reviews
• Assist in third party service provider risk assessments
• Coordinate internal cybersecurity program testing and cybersecurity employee training
• Organize technology disaster recovery, business recovery and emergency response testing
• Provide monitoring and status reports around technology risk areas to senior managers
• Assist with implementing process enhancements to overall Technology Governance program
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years related work experience (asset management experience a plus)
• Certification(s) in the field of cybersecurity is preferred
• Experience in coordinating business continuity testing
• Experience with oversight of cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerabilities and network security
• Knowledge of business continuity concepts and recovery strategies
• Desire to be an integral team player across multiple teams
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high-risk environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technology infrastructure
• Experience in using Atlassian JIRA for task management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender supporting Azure/O365 environment
