Join our team as a Cybersecurity Architect & Engineer! In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing the next generation of our Cybersecurity strategy. It’s an exciting and collaborative role that transcends the organization.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading and enhancing our cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. Preparing and presenting strategies and roadmaps to Senior management.
• Developing cybersecurity programs using best practices and frameworks including NIST, and ISO.
• Conducting cybersecurity and IT security risk assessments, audits, and evaluations.
• Enhancing and creating security policies and procedures.
• Interacting with end users, Business Analysts, ETL developers, Project Managers, & members of the production support teams.
• Identifying and triaging cybersecurity remedies and liaising with the Infrastructure and Application teams.
• Enhancing and developing documentation for security resource materials and procedures.
• Enhancing, creating, implementing, and testing end user cyber security training.
• Liaising with cybersecurity vendors and partners.

As the Successful Candidate, You Have:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in multiple areas including: IT Security, IT Engineering or Architecture, IT Support, IT Business Analysis, Risk Analysis Audit, and Compliance.
• A University degree or a College diploma, ideally in Computer Science, Business or Engineering.
• Information Systems Security certification(s) (e.g. CISSP, CISA or CISM).
• Strong technical background in web services, Microsoft technologies, and cloud technologies (e.g. MS Windows, PaloGlobal Protect VPN, MS Azure, AWS, Meraki).
• Experience in conducting Threat/Risk Assessments and penetration tests.
• Experience in developing security architecture.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adhere to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, as well as problem solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Agile methodology with the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.
• Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
