- Develop and deliver engaging, threat-informed cybersecurity awareness content tailored for different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) and generational preferences.
- Create compelling materials in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: short articles, infographics, micro-learning videos, social-style posts, interactive e-learning.
- Design and execute strategies to distribute awareness content globally across multiple platforms (e.g., intranet, online training modules, email campaigns, digital signage).
- Stay current with emerging threats and cybersecurity trends to ensure messaging remains timely and relevant.
- Collaborate with corporate communications, line of business, and other partner teams to align content delivery with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Use metrics and employee feedback to continuously refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Champion the message that “cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility” by shaping campaigns that empower employees at every level.
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: cybersecurity awareness, training, education, communications, or a related field (or strong interest with relevant transferable experience).
- Ability to explain complex or technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences through engaging content.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and multimedia content creation skills.
- Experience designing and delivering content across multiple channels and media formats.
- Familiarity with learning and development best practices, including adult learning and cross-cultural communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with global reach.
- Passion for cybersecurity, user education, and behavior change.
- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence and common cyberattack tactics (phishing, social engineering, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML or digital content publishing.

Job Description:
GIS Security Awareness for Everyone (SAFE) is responsible for cybersecurity education for the enterprise. The primary objective of SAFE is to build a strong cyber culture by developing employee cybersecurity awareness, proficiency, and personal accountability. Using threat intelligence, the team develops content and promotes cybersecurity education globally.
Initiatives include annual compliance training content development for the enterprise, social engineering simulation programs, regionally required training, remedial training, and LOB requested training courses. The team designs and distributes monthly educational resources through SAFE highlights, hosts monthly webinars on emerging cybersecurity threats, and maintains a library of threat-led cybersecurity educational content for the enterprise (u.go/SAFE).

As a key member of our Cybersecurity Awareness team, you will be responsible for developing engaging, threat-led content that resonates with a diverse, global workforce. Your work will directly influence how we educate and empower our employees to recognize and respond to cyber risks in their everyday work.
