What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee compliance with PCI DSS, NIST 800-171, CMMC, and government contracting cybersecurity requirements
- Conduct and manage cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses
- Validate cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure regulatory alignment
- Provide strategic direction on cybersecurity compliance initiatives
- Assess third-party vendors and contractors for compliance with cybersecurity standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and IT security
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS, NIST 800-171, CMMC, and government contracting security requirements
- Understanding of network security, encryption, access controls, and secure software development concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCP, CISM, CISA, CEH, PCI ISA/QSA, or equivalent
