What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments and manage the risk lifecycle
- Ensure organizational compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI DSS regulations
- Develop and execute the third-party/vendor security risk management process
- Conduct cybersecurity education and awareness programs, including phishing simulations
- Provide regular metrics and reports on compliance posture and program effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and/or GRC
- At least 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of healthcare security and privacy regulations
- Proficiency in applying security frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Controls
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, HCISPP, or CISM
- Hands-on experience conducting enterprise risk assessments and managing third-party risk
