What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and manage device systems across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks through client and server system troubleshooting
- Analyze network and application behaviors using logs, documentation, and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate cyber risks in alignment with business goals
- Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with strategic cybersecurity objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems support, network troubleshooting, or cybersecurity operations
- Strong knowledge of IT device management and endpoint environments, particularly Microsoft 365
- Proven ability to analyze logs and application behavior for troubleshooting network and system issues
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as Power BI, AI-based analysis tools, or scripting for automation
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and effective communication of cyber risks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in cross-functional and global teams
