- Conduct Cyber Health Checks with the Cyber Team (remote and on-site)
- Validate control design and implementation through discussion and evidence review
- Collaborate with other cyber teams to ensure security best practices are implemented
- Perform various cyber and privacy assessments against emerging regulations
- Cybersecurity Policy Management and Maintenance
- Responsible for tracking cyber findings and recommendations to ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are taken while supporting necessary compliance activities
- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or related roles
- Bachelor, Master or Technical degree with Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking and cloud concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Overview:
Roper is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Cybersecurity GRC Analyst with a relentless focus and commitment to elevating our cybersecurity posture. As an integral member of our dynamic cybersecurity team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization’s critical digital assets from an evolving landscape of cyber threats. Leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies, you will assess and help maintain our risk and compliance stance with various frameworks and regulatory environments.
You’ll participate in comprehensive risk assessments during our cyber health check visits, with an emphasis on cyber control design and implementation review. This review will encompass assessing a variety of businesses and their independent environments. Your expertise will also be instrumental in validating the efficacy of cyber remediation measures.
Under the guidance of experienced cybersecurity professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to diverse security challenges, contributing directly to the fortification of our digital landscape. Your contributions will resonate in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and excellence, positioning you to make a meaningful impact in protecting the organization's digital assets.

Base salary ($80,000 – $100,000); annual bonus (tied to Company performance). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience and certifications.
